Consistently high quality and good variety of delicious baked goods in the french style. Croissants are SUPER buttery. Nice emphasis on local ingredients.
I found this lovely bakery offering yummy 😋 goodies. I bought a garlic biscuit and a latte. Both were good.
Had a Maple cardamom latte and oh my God! So good! I don’t love that there’s no place to sit. Basically take out only. Baked goods looked amazing.
So comfortable and cozy and amazing customer service. The passion fruit and chamomile tarts were delectable and the coffee was very solid. Highly recommend.
I stopped in while visiting the area. The coffee is wonderful, and the apricot croissant was flaky & sweet without being overwhelming. The store does not have any restroom facilities therefore, no seating, but if you’re adventurous, you can stand at one of the two tables in the window. Fun to people watch. Apparently in the summer they do outside seating on the sidewalk.
Frequented bakery over the last few years for pastries and coffee. Had the white chocolate lemon olive oil latte the other day it was one of the best lattes I've had. So good. Breads and sweets are good too.
I popped in here for a treat on my way back to Springfield after an appointment. I couldn't have been happier. I had the apple and honey bread pudding and it was incredible. Great texture, wonderful flavor, and so good. Cant wait to swing by again next month.

We always love to discover new, wonderful patisseries when we travel. Tart Baking Co is delightful! They have delicious strong coffee! We loved our cappuccinos! ☕️ the croissants 🥐 were great! They have amazing Pain Au Raisin and Monkey Bread 🍞 The sandwiches looked delicious! Service was quick, polite and laid back. Very cool vibe! Only a few tables and no dedicated parking. Street parking was easy and you can use an app to pay. No bathroom on premises. Delightful bakery!

It’s a step up from your standard coffee shop, offering high-quality, artisanal treats that feel entirely reasonable for the gorgeous piece of artwork you are consuming. Their cookies are phenomenal, and the croissants are perfectly flaky and plentiful. The customer service is great: kind, gentle, and efficient. The space itself is small, cute, and very polished. While they do have a few seats, it’s best suited for a quick, delightful pop-in to grab an excellent latte and a pastry. Beyond treating yourself, this is my absolute go-to spot in town to buy sweet gifts for others. If you are visiting a friend or want to bring someone a thoughtful, lovely treat, Tart is the perfect place to go!
